SASSA Will Take Solutions to Fernie Neighborhood

Tuesday, August 27, 2024

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently browsing the Fernie 2 Local community Hall in Mpuluzi to render providers to your community.

SASSA will likely be rendering companies for instance new social grant applications, change of payment method, client treatment enquiries, along with the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a statement, the agency said it's alarmed about the superior amount of people depending on social grants for survival.
“The intention with the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to the high variety of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This really is because of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no fully functional office focused on service the area every day. The support issue created for intervention experiences a large influx of probable beneficiaries, which makes it complicated to the Workplace to attend to all people who pay a visit to a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise a lot more assets to allow the servicing of all clients and improve access to Social Assistance solutions,” the agency said.
